The Nespolo Room is the only one of Ca’ de Mazapédar’s four rooms to have a private en-suite bathroom. It takes its name from the medlar — the winter fruit with golden flesh that grows quietly in the garden before spring arrives, discreet, precious, often overlooked by those who rush too much.
Looking for a farm stay with a private bathroom? We’re not one, technically — it’s a regulated term tied to a working farm, and we’re a guest house. But if what you’re really after is the privacy of your own bathroom inside a real countryside home, the Nespolo Room is probably what you’re looking for.
But the Nespolo is not cold like some B&Bs where you walk in, take the key and never see anyone again. Here there’s a family. We are always on-site, available for any need, ready with advice or a few words if you’re in the mood. The privacy of a private bathroom, the warmth of a real home.
Breakfast, dinner — no need to go anywhere
Breakfast is prepared every morning by the family: seasonal cakes, shortbreads with homemade jams, eggs, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit. In the evening, on request, you can stay in and dine with us: full menu at €25 per person — starter, main and side; Romagna wine is extra.
No restaurant to find. No half-open pizzeria. Arrive, park, you’re home.
Comfort & facilities
Queen bed, air conditioning, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for smart working and business video calls. The private bathroom features a shower, illuminated mirror and courtesy set.
