The Fico Room takes its name from the fig — the generous fruit that opens itself completely and gives its very best. Like this room: spacious, flexible, able to welcome up to four people without anyone feeling crowded.
Looking for a farm stay for a family holiday in the countryside? We’re not one, technically — it’s a regulated term tied to a working farm, and we’re a guest house. But if what you’re really after is space for everyone, a garden where kids can run free and a homemade breakfast, the Fico Room is probably what you’re looking for.
You won’t find a reception desk with a glass partition. You’ll find a family. We are always on-site, available in person — for any need, at any hour. The atmosphere is that of a Romagna country house, not an anonymous B&B.
With a queen bed and a sofa bed for two more guests, the Fico adapts to families with children, two couples, or a work team who prefer to stay together.
Breakfast, dinner — no need to go anywhere
In the morning, breakfast is prepared by hand: homemade cakes, garden jams, eggs, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit. In the evening, on request, we serve a full dinner at €25 per person — starter, main and side; Romagna wine is extra.
For work teams, this is the key point: you arrive, park the van, have dinner and go to sleep. No need to go anywhere. No pizzeria to find after a ten-hour shift, no closed supermarket. Everything right here.

Comfort & facilities
The room features air conditioning, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The shared bathrooms are two — both spacious, modern, always clean. For three rooms sharing two large bathrooms, the difference shows in the mornings.

In San Lorenzo di Lugo, in the middle of Bassa Romagna’s main industrial areas. Free private parking for cars, vans and work vehicles. Flexible check-in also in the evening hours. Company invoice available.
